Customers book flights, flights get cancelled, airlines refund the tickets back to this SCAM AGENCY within 7 working days or so, and they either keep the refunds of their customers as "handling fees" or deposit the money for over a year to gain the interest from other people's money. After a year they give back a reduced amount of the refund.
This company needs to be properly investigated by the authorities.
